Custom menus designed for your personal tastes in food as well as your vessel's galley and storage.

We prepare and deliver to you the highest quality in artisanal locally sourced foods. Conveniently packaged and prepared to enhance your adventures at the Channel Islands National Park, along the Ventura and Santa Barbara county coast line & hillsides, in Los Padres National Forest or on our offshore waters.

Boaters' Adventures

Provisioning of a boat, whether for a day sail, overnight cruise, or passage making requires an understanding of on board life.

Allow CIP to design a special menu for you and your crew: the process starts with a few simple questions about your personal tastes in food as well as your vessel's galley and storage. With this information we can prepare a menu with several options for your consideration. We can offer fully prepared or preped and ready to cook meals. We can also fill your shopping list, repackaging when necessary.

Our unique packaging allows us to maximize the limited storage and refrigerator/freezer space most boaters have to contend with. We also minimize the packaging waste, a really great feature for extended cruises. Delivery, equipment loan, and pick-up are included in your package.

We are partnered with Santa Barbara Sailing Center to provide meals for their charters https://sbsail.com/channel-islands-provisioners/

Below are a few sample boating menus that we have developed for clients .
